Privacy notice
Version of 21 October 2026
What data we collect when you create and use an Iron Lanes account, why, and for how long. This is a translation of the Italian text; if they differ, the Italian version prevails.
Who processes the data
The data controller is 4NEXT S.r.l., [INDIRIZZO DELLA SEDE], VAT number [PARTITA IVA]. For any question about your data, write to [EMAIL PER LA PRIVACY].
What data
- The in-game name you choose, visible to other players.
- Your email address.
- Your password, stored only in encrypted form that cannot be read, not even by us.
- The dates of sign-up and email confirmation and, for each open session, when it was opened and last used.
The IP address of your connection is used only to limit login and sign-up attempts: it stays in the service's memory for at most one hour and is never written to the database. The web server's technical logs, which contain IP addresses, are kept for [GIORNI] days for the security of the service.
Why
To provide your account and let you play online under your name (performance of the service you request, Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679) and to protect accounts and the service from abuse (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)). We only send service messages to your email: address confirmation and password changes. No advertising or newsletters without your separate consent.
Who else sees the data
The providers that help us run the service, only for that purpose and under contracts that require them to protect it: [FORNITORE DEL SERVER] (servers in a data centre in the European Union) and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for sending emails. Other players only see your in-game name. We do not sell data to anyone.
For how long
As long as your account is active. An account whose email is never confirmed is deleted automatically after 7 days. A session unused for 30 days ends automatically. Database backups are deleted after 14 days, so a deleted account also disappears from backups within that time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it together with your account, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its use, by writing to [EMAIL PER LA PRIVACY] from your account address. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
